We are seeking a Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers in promotional events by providing product and service information, resolving technical issues with customer onboarding.

Responsibilities:

· Handle customer inquiries.

· Help develop promotional campaigns.

· Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns.

· Document and update customer records based on interactions.

· Represent our clients and market their services in promotional community events.

· Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving services.

• Implementation of marketing plans, including product positioning, campaign strategies, market strategy insights
• Discovery of strategic business opportunities through cross functional collaboration with sales, HR, etc.
• Provide product/service support in order to establish proper channels of information and communication.
• Responsible for branding, advertising, and marketing
• Work with management on projects dealing with media relations, business communications, success stories
